Equipment Qualification

The qualification of a team, Or facility, is a set of checks and you tests performed on equipment in order to ensure that the requirements applicable regulations, is properly installed, operated and performs according to expectations, without affecting quality are met of the product, the patient health and safety of the operator.
These checks and resultadas test must be properly documented, following a series of very specific rules.

Design qualification (DQ - desig Qualification)

Within the detailed design phase, the Design qualification It focuses on verifying that the user requirements according to risk analysis should be checked at this stage of qualification, are correct and have been implemented in the design of the facility.

Detailed engineering

The detail engineering is the most important development of ideas that at the beginning of the project were conceived as a possibility at this stage and become something more real.

In this phase they are defined each and every one of the subsystems, components or parts that make up the project, developed in a series of documents that should be sufficient to bring the project into practice.

Qualification plan (VP - Validation Plan)

In the design phase of detail at this stage establishes the strategy Installation Qualification. Here the documents to be generated, their codes, scope, format, etc. shall be determined
The departments involved are designated in the qualification, their functions and their representatives. the timing of the project is presented.

Laboratory reactor pressure

Child pressure reactors are used for chemical reactions under pressure such as hydrogenation, polymers and catalyst development in I & D laboratories and for pilot plants. They can work with interchangeable glass vessels, high pressure and high temperature steel, of different volumes, while the powerful agitation systems with magnetic coupling ensure efficient agitation (high viscosity).

Glass reactor

A transparent be the, the glass reactors for observing the progress of the reactions, which provides very useful information on color changes aggregation state ... A disadvantage, are not susceptible to work at medium or high pressures.

metal reactor

A metal reactor It is usually AISI 316 stainless steel, but also titanium, nickel, zirconium and other alloys. This type of reactor allows working at higher temperatures and pressures, up to hundreds of atmospheres and about 500º C.
